This is the IR Only version. Only devices with the Android Consumer IR Manager library will be able to see and download this application. If you have a device with an IR Blaster and cannot download this application then you can try the IR Universal Remote + WiFi application. That application does not have a Google Play Filter set. If you can see and download this application then you already have the required IR Manager Library.
